Manor Farm, Stretham: Phase 4 Completion

We are pleased to announce the completion of Phase 4 at Manor Farm in Stretham, the latest addition to our ongoing efforts to provide housing for local working people. Phase 4 includes six new houses allocated by the SWCLT but owned by Hundred Houses. These homes are designed to help local residents remain in their community, combating the issue of rising property prices that can otherwise force them to move away.

These new homes are part of our broader commitment to ensuring that local people have access to affordable and high-quality housing. Manor Farm also features large green areas and many newly planted trees, creating a beautiful and sustainable environment for all residents.
